As 2007 comes to a close, my mind turns to Blessings. Blessings of family. Blessings of friends. God’s special Blessings that only He and I know about. I’m so happy that I’ve met and worked with so many wonderful families in 2007. Each and every one was a Blessing in some way or another and have helped to make 2007 a wonderful year, both personally and professionally. It brings a smile to my face to think of the babies, children, and teenagers I’ve had the opportunity to photograph. To catch a glimpse of just why they are so loved.
I’m excited for 2008. Excited for the opportunity to do it again. Excited for new opportunities. To meet new clients who will become friends. To meet new children who will let me see who they are inside and bring that out for their families.
So, thank you sincerely. And Blessings this Christmas.

P.S. Many of you know I participate in a national organization called Celebrating Adoption. If you have a minute, read this story about an American soldier’s adoption of an Iraqi child. It is a beautiful story about two people that have been blessed beyond measure.
